Please note that bookings are on a first come first served basis and we seek your understanding that the booked slots can only be held for you up to 3 days after our 1st reply email. Thereafter, the slots are released for booking again should payment have not been made.

If we are unable to confirm your transaction in our accounts or there is an incorrect amount transferred, we will contact you via email to request for a copy (snapshot) of your transaction slip, or advise the top-up/discrepancy if any.
