Make-up Class Policy :

A make-up class can be scheduled at any of the alternative slots available under the same theme of the month.

For a more enriching process-learning experience for the students, we recommend the make-up class be scheduled within the same week or week after (e.g. if your child is unwell) at the alternative slot available.

Note

In the event that the class is cancelled by GRAM'S with less than 24 hour notice, a make-up class for the same level can be rescheduled within the same month or term at the available timeslot(s).
