Cancellation Policy
For 1-to-1 Art Jamming bookings: Do note that bookings are confirmed after payment is received. Confirmed bookings can be rescheduled ONCE to any available slots within 2 weeks before or after the original booking date (please email us at gramslearning@gmail.com to arrange). Fees paid are neither refundable nor transferable. For 1-to-1 class bookings: Do note that bookings are confirmed after payment is received and tickets sold are non-refundable. A make-up class can be rescheduled ONCE to any of the other available slots within the same school holiday period. Please have your request emailed to gramslearning@gmail.com. Fees paid are neither refundable nor transferable.
