Mindful Nature Camp (8 June 2023)

[Suitable for ages 5 to 11]

Join us for a fun-filled morning of mindfulness and creativity! 

Connect with nature, practise mindfulness, and create beautiful mandalas inspired by the natural world. 

Highlight Activities for the half-day camp:

- Mindful walk through the Rambai Broadwalk 

- Yoga session in the nature park

- Create mandalas inspired by nature (guided session)

- Make a personalized calming bottle

- Sharing session

*Light snacks and lunch will be provided. Please inform the centre if your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions. Children are welcomed to bring in their own snack/lunch.

To ensure a more personalized and intimate experience, we are capping each camp session at a maximum of 10. 

Things to bring:

- Water bottle

- Mosquito repellent

- Raincoat 

- Yoga or picnic mat

You are welcome to drop your child off earlier at the centre (from 9am onwards) to settle down for camp. This is a non-parent accompanied camp.

An automated email reminder will be sent about 3 days before the session.
