PHASE 2 - Resumption of Classes at GRAM'S

As part of the safe management measures in tuition and enrichment centres, please note that students who are placed on Leave of Absence (LOA) or Approved Absence (AA) by their schools, or students who are on a Stay Home Notice (SHN), or Home Quarantine Order (HQO) are not permitted to attend lessons at the centre.

 

If your child is placed on any of the above mentioned notices, please select "Yes" below and we will in touch with us to see how we can advise alternative class plans or have replacement class dates scheduled within 2 weeks from date of missed class or classes.

 

We also appreciate your understanding during this trying time to refrain from sending your child for classes if he/she is unwell.

 

Students will also be subjected to a temperature check and have their hands sanitized before entering the centre. In the event that your child has fever or is exhibiting respiratory symptoms (such as sneezing, breathlessness, runny nose, loss of smell, cough or sore throat), we will inform you accordingly to have your child picked up from the centre.

 

Please complete and submit the health declaration form below prior to having your child attend classes at the centre.
